Powell Sonare SF6000 Flute

Powell Sonare SF6000 Flute with a sterling silver Powell handcut "Signature" headjoint, sterling silver body, open holes, offset G, split E mechanism, and a low B foot with gizmo key. This model is now called "601". All parts of this flute are marked "925" indicating sterling silver.

This flute has just been serviced and cleaned, and is sounding fantastic from top to bottom! It does show surface scratching and nicks, and has been priced accordingly (this is just cosmetic wear and does not affect sound quality or playability!). There is also a bit of plating wear on the rollers (see photo of footjoint keys). An incredible price for a sterling silver flute and Powell headjoint! 

For comparison, this model is selling new for $2100 right now.  


This flute come with French style hard case, vinyl fur-lined outer case and cork hole plugs.
