Armstrong 80B-T Flute, sterling silver thin wall headjoint, sterling silver body and foot with silver-plated keys. Open hole, low B foot with gizmo key, inline G.
This flute is a "new old stock" instrument meaning that it was never sold or owned during the time that the retailer it was being sold by was carrying this model. This model is now called 800B and is selling for $1500+.
In addition to the standard specs for this model, this flute has a lovely engraved gold lip plate and gold end cap. The headjoint has a thin wall and is model "P4". Other headjoint models are available (with or without gold lip/engraving).
This model flute would be the perfect upgrade from a beginner model closed hole instrument.
This flute was never a floor model, but it may show some very light surface marks from play-testing and its recent servicing.
Comes with slimline French style inner case, vinyl, fur-lined outer case, cleaning rod, hole plugs and documentation.
